You'll be at the heart of project delivery—building integrated schedules, analysing performance, identifying risks before they become issues, and helping teams make confident, data-driven decisions.
Your work will directly influence productivity, resource optimisation, project forecasting, and project outcomes.Key responsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimise integrated Primavera P6 schedulesDrive planning, progress measurement, and forecasting activities across the projectIdentify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities before they impact deliveryProduce performance reports, dashboards, manpower histograms,



and project insightsPartner with construction teams to ensure plans reflect real-world site executionCoordinate subcontractor schedules and align them with overall project objectivesSupport commercial reporting, forecasting, claims, and project controls activitiesDeliver meaningful KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards for project leadershipImprove work packaging, look-ahead planning, and delivery efficiencyProvide the visibility and controls needed to achieve successful project outcomesAbout youYou're a proactive Project Controls Planner who thrives in fast-paced construction environments.
You combine robust technical planning skills with commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and drive results.You bring:8+ years' experience in planning or project controls within construction, infrastructure, or major projectsAdvanced Primavera P6 capability, including schedule development, logic analysis, and baseline managementExperience across construction scopes such as earthworks, drainage, pipework, civil, electrical, or SMP worksStrong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and resource planningProven ability to work closely with project and site teams to develop realistic, deliverable schedulesExperience managing subcontractor programs and integrating multiple work frontsStrong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExposure to forecasting, cashflow management, and commercial project controlsPower BI experience (highly regarded)The ability to communicate clearly, challenge constructively, and influence decisions at all levelsAt Altrad,Your Growth, Your Contribution, Our Commitmentis more than a promise, it's the way we work.We're proud to invest in your career, wellbeing,
