We believe in putting people first and we are proud to have developed a work culture that fosters growth, collaboration and success.About the role:Provide day-to-day support for audit teams using digital audit tools such as CaseWare, Alteryx, Power BI, and DocuMineTroubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT or vendors as neededAssist in undertaking technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimating, developing, testing, and deployment of audit technology solutions across the divisionAssist in the rollout and configuration of new audit and automation technologiesGather feedback from audit teams to improve tool usability and effectivenessDevelop and deliver training sessions and materials for audit staff on tools implemented.Maintain up-to-date user guides, FAQs, and best practice documentationDesign, build and maintain automation and efficiency solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath and Alteryx)
