including the preparation of financial reports and tax returnsProviding medium level technical and non-technical advice for clientsMentoring and developing junior accountantsDeveloping relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWest Carr & Harvey is led by a team of Directors and Managers who create a positive and rewarding culture.

Additionally, there is opportunity for career advancement within the firm.The successful applicant will:Have completed an accounting related degreeA minimum of 3 years' professional practice experienceHave a good understanding of general accounting and tax principlesHave previous experience in the preparation of financial statements and tax returnsWork effectively both independently and in a team environmentHave excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using Xero and FYI software will also be highly regarded.Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
