Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team across operations, administration, facilities and customer service, ensuring the village consistently delivers exceptional resident experiences while achieving strong commercial and operational outcomes.
This is a hands‐on leadership role requiring a commercially minded operator who can balance financial performance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership within a quick‐paced residential environment.
You are an experienced operations leader with a background managing large accommodation, hospitality, residential, retirement living, student accommodation or property environments.
You enjoy leading people, improving operational performance and creating exceptional customer experiences.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will bring the following:Lead the daily operations of a large residential accommodation community and develop and execute annual business plans,
