This role requires hands-on leadership, rostering oversight, and ensuring high standards of service and presentation in a busy venue.The successful candidate will manage rosters, drive customer focus, and ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, RCG, AML/CTF and other regulations while maintaining quality service and staff development.
