You'll coach and develop your team, prioritise work to meet daily requirements, and drive productivity, quality, and service outcomes.
Through hands-on leadership and continuous improvement, you'll help ensure our Prospect DC operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business expectations.Please note: This is an afternoon shift (2.00pm - *****pm).
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the warehouse team to deliver daily operational requirements safely and efficientlyPromote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS, CoR, GMP, and environmental standardsManage warehouse throughput, resourcing, and productivity to meet customer service and KPI targetsDrive quality performance through root-cause analysis, problem solving, and corrective actionsIdentify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, cost, and capabilityAbout YouYou're a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team, and keeping operations moving.
