As an experienced clinician, you'll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goalsMaintain awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomesCaseload will be tailored to your experience,
interests and professional goalsSupport the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:Current Occupational Therapymembership with AHPRAExperience as an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapistbeyond graduationPassionate about community‐based support for people with disabilityExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseloadThrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environmentDesire to mentor graduates and early career cliniciansAs you support many, we support you.
