high-performing culture.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting the Drafting Production and Land Development teams, working across survey data processing, calculations, and plan preparation.You'll also contribute to process improvement, team development, and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality cadastral drafting outputs across a range of projectsProcess and reduce survey field data into accurate project filesProvide technical guidance on complex drafting and CAD mattersSupport continuous improvement of drafting workflows and processesMentor and develop junior team membersWhat You'll BringStrong experience in a survey drafting environmentAdvanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Trimble Business CentreSolid understanding of survey data processing, cleaning and plan auditingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously
