Working with clients in the Energy & Resources, Infrastructure, and Property sectors, we are known for providing high-quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on collaboration and client outcomes.Fyfe is seeking an experienced SeniorContaminated Land Consultant to join our Brisbane team and support the continued growth of our contaminated land and environmental services.This is an opportunity for a technically solid consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career by providing technical leadership, mentoring capability, and project expertise across a diverse range of sectors including resources, government, infrastructure, property, and energy.We are looking for someone who brings strong contaminated land consulting experience, understands the Queensland regulatory environment, and can confidently manage complex projects while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.A key requirement for this role is experience as an SQP or demonstrated capability that meets the requirements to act as an SQP under relevant Queensland contaminated land legislation and guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across contaminated land assessments, investigations, remediation and validation projectsManage complex multidisciplinary projects from inception through to completionProvide expert advice to clients, regulators and project stakeholdersPrepare, review and oversee high-quality technical reports and deliverablesSupport business development activities including client engagement, proposals and tendersMaintain and develop strong client relationshipsMentor and support junior consultants to build technical capability within the teamApply strong project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projectsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineSignificant contaminated land consulting experience, ideally within the resources, government, infrastructure, property, manufacturing or energy sectorsExperience working within the Queensland regulatory frameworkSQP status, or demonstrated experience and capability to act as a Suitably Qualified PersonStrong understanding of contaminated land assessment, risk management, remediation and regulatory requirementsProven experience managing projects, budgets and client expectationsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholdersExperience mentoring consultants and contributing to high-performing teamsWhy Fyfe?
