We're working with a highly regarded Melbourne law firm looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to its Commercial Litigation team.This is a role for a confident litigator who enjoys running matters, dealing directly with clients and getting involved beyond the day-to-day legal work.You'll join a collaborative, down-to-earth team where senior lawyers are trusted with autonomy, encouraged to develop client relationships and supported to build their profile.What you'll be working onExpect plenty of variety across complex commercial disputes & insolvency law, including:Contractual and general commercial disputesShareholder and corporate disputesInsolvency-related mattersDebt recoveryConducting matters across state and federal courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forumsSupervising, mentoring, and supporting junior lawyers and graduatesThere will also be scope to get involved in business development, client initiatives and broader practice growth.What we're looking forYou'll be an experienced commercial litigator who is comfortable taking ownership and providing transparent,
