and value-for-money outcomes.Provide accurate, expert, and timely advice, insights, and reports on strategic and operational contract matters, including trends, forecasts, and risks, with transparent recommendations for action.Manage the assessment of variations and claims, and guide resolution strategies of complex contractual and commercial issues in consultation with project teams and senior stakeholders.Prepare and review contractual letters and notices, ensuring they clearly address complex issuesReduce commercial risk, and meet all contractual requirements.Contribute to commercial engagements, includingReview of standard tender documents, and participate intender evaluations and supplier negotiations, ensuring executed contracts are accurate and supportdelivery of expected outcomes.Monitor contract performance and drive performance improvements, while managing escalations andengaging with senior stakeholders
