We pride ourselves on creating meaningful outcomes for individuals while fostering a culture built on teamwork, respect, trust, and integrity.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager – Care Planning & Practice to lead and support a team of care management professionals across child safety and disability services.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and person-centred care outcomes, while driving operational performance and supporting complex case management.You will work closely with senior leadership, including the General Manager (Care Operations), to ensure best practice is implemented across the organisation.Please note: While our head office is based in Murarrie, this role will primarily support clients across the South-West region, and frequent travel to client homes will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Care Managers to achieve operational and care outcomesEnsure high-quality service delivery aligned with NDIS, child protection, and regulatory frameworksProvide guidance on complex case management across disability and child safety clientsMonitor performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategiesManage financial and operational targets,



including budgets and resource allocationOversee recruitment, training, and workforce capability developmentEngage with families, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomesRepresent DCR in external forums, including tribunals (e.g. QCAT) where requiredEnsure compliance with HSQF, NDIS Practice Standards, and relevant legislationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring both leadership capability and strong clinical or care management experience.Essential:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Community Services, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Nursing, Child Safety, Youth Work, or a related discipline.
