You'll have the opportunity to enhance and evolve our Risk Management Framework, driving innovation, automation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide independent oversight, trusted advice and constructive challenge to strengthen risk practices and embed a proactive risk culture.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping build a fit-for-purpose framework that supports better outcomes for our clients, members and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the implementation and effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework, providing independent review and challenge across operational risk practicesDrive improvements to risk frameworks, processes and controls through innovation, automation and continuous improvementDeliver second-line assurance reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management practicesProvide risk and compliance expertise to support business decisions, change initiatives and strategic prioritiesContribute to risk reporting,



insights and escalation of emerging risks and key trendsPartner with stakeholders across the business to promote a proactive risk cultureSupport projects and initiatives by providing risk guidance and oversightPromote consistent application of risk and compliance obligations across Insignia FinancialWhat You Will BringTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk, Governance or a related disciplineExtensive experience in risk, compliance and/or governance roles, ideally within financial servicesStrong understanding of operational risk frameworks, controls and risk management principlesExperience providing second-line review, oversight and constructive challengeStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across a complex organisationExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholdersExperience with continuous improvement, process optimisation and automation initiativesApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
