This is an excellent opportunity for a talented litigator to work closely with Catherine and the wider team, managing diverse commercial disputes for private businesses, corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals while further developing their career.The role offers significant client contact, autonomy in managing matters, mentoring opportunities, and exposure to business development and leadership initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have experience in:Managing a diverse commercial litigation and dispute resolution practiceConducting matters across state and federal courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forumsAdvising clients on commercial disputes, contractual issues, shareholder disputes, insolvency-related matters, debt recovery, and general business disputesManaging client relationships and contributing to business development activitiesSupervising, mentoring,



and supporting junior lawyers and graduatesAbout YouYou will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and demonstrate:Strong technical litigation and dispute resolution skillsConfidence managing files autonomously while working effectively within a teamStrong client relationship and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive approach to mentoring and supporting junior team membersThe ability to prioritise competing deadlines and deliver high-quality workExperienceTo be successful in this role you will ideally have:7+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolutionStrong court and dispute resolution experience across a broad range of commercial mattersAn established professional network and interest in business development will be highly regardedWhy Join Hunt & Hunt?
