This is a senior role for someone ready to lead design outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and be the technical backbone of a growing project pipeline.What you'll be doing:Leading design and technical review of civil works – roads, drainage, subdivisions, and water / sewer infrastructureOverseeing technical drawings, specifications, and reporting across multiple concurrent projectsActing as the key technical point of contact for council, contractors, and client stakeholdersMentoring and providing technical direction to junior engineers and site teamsDriving project scoping, quoting,
