You'll work closely with clients and Partners, contribute to meaningful advisory work, and have the opportunity to grow your career within a firm that invests in its people and rewards ambition.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to deliver exceptional outcomes for clientsSupport the delivery of tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client portfolioMentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learningReview and oversee the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsBuild and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive advice and exceptional serviceReview the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG obligations across a range of client structuresLiaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training sessions, technical workshops, team meetings and social eventsContribute to the continued growth and success of the Sydney CBD officeAbout YouMinimum of 5-6 years' experience within a Chartered Accounting PracticeCA qualified or currently undertaking the CA ProgramBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related disciplineStrong technical accounting and taxation knowledgeExpertise in practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooksKnowledge of and experience with Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) would be advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailPassionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional serviceProactive, motivated and keen to continue developing professionally
