When you combine the talent, tech, global reach of our new blended brand as well as the amazing ability of our people to think differently - the result is a meetings and events company LIKE NO OTHER.The Events Producer (Project Lead) will provide support to the Events Leader in effectively leading and managing the live events teams and strive to meet or exceed business targets.What you will be doing:Be fully accountable for the projects under your direction and work with the Events Leader, Sales Team and the customer to ensure that the event brief and budget are fully understood to deliver creative and logistically sound solutionsEnsure correct skill sets required for the project are being met within the project teamAbility to brief in every department on a project - technical, creative, venues, entertainment, group travel etcMaintain accurate files, budgets and critical paths in order to adhere to deadlines and budgets with an emphasis on attrition and cancellation deadlines, as per signed contracts across all projects under your leadershipAbility to develop and manage existing customer relationships for consistent and repeat business opportunitiesSupport workflow and resource management across all projects and within the greater teamMentoring & training team members in FCM Meeting & Events policy, systems,
