The Club prides itself on an established reputation for providing high quality products, service, and value in a friendly and secure setting.We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Managerto join our team.With hands-on leadership the key to delivering first class service, this individual will be responsible in overseeing the daily management of operations which includes but not limited to the following:ResponsibilitiesManaging daily club operationsProviding hands on leadership and mentoring of staffAllocation and Supervision of rostered staff to Club operationsManaging daily shift operations and roster requirementsAssist in leading and developing teams with strong customer focusEnsure compliance of policies and proceduresWHS, RSA, RCG,



AML/CTF and other legislative requirementsVenue cleanliness and presentationStaff performance managementKnowledge ofRegistered Clubs Act NSWAML/CTF obligationsRegistered and Licensed Club AwardPrevious experience in the club industry or similar environmentAble to work rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidaysExcellent verbal, written communication and problem solving abilityDemonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and coach staffBe conscientious, ambitious and reliableCurrent RSA and RCG competency cardApplications close at Monday 17th August ****.Due to volume of applicants, the selection process may commence prior to the closing date.
