The Prospect
Due to a secure and growing pipeline of work, we are seeking an Experienced/Senior Civil Engineer - Water Infrastructure to join our Brisbane Water team.
As a Key Member Of Our Multidisciplinary Water Business, You Will Contribute To The Delivery Of Major Water Infrastructure Projects Across Queensland And Australia.
You Will Work Across The Full Water Cycle, Supporting The Planning, Design, And Delivery Of Projects Including
Major water and wastewater pipelinesLarge pumping stationsWater, wastewater, and advanced recycling treatment facilitiesWater-retaining structures and associated infrastructure
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with technical specialists, project managers, and clients while continuing to grow your technical and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities




Deliver technical design and project outcomes across water infrastructure projectsManage project tasks, budgets, and stakeholder expectationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsPrepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentationContribute to proposals, tenders, and business development activitiesCollaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teamsEnsure project deliverables meet client requirements, technical standards, and quality expectationsSupport the commercial success of projects and the broader teamApply sound project management principles to achieve successful project outcomes
About You
You will be a motivated and collaborative engineer with experience delivering water infrastructure projects within a consulting environment.
You Will Also Demonstrate
5-10 years' experience in water infrastructure design and deliveryRPEQ accreditation (or ability to obtain) highly regardedExperience in technical delivery, project management, and client engagementDesign experience across water infrastructure projects, including buried pipelines, pump stations, intakes, and water-retaining structuresWell-developed communication and stakeholder management skillsA passion for delivering high-quality technical outcomes and developing trusted client relationships
