You'll be responsible for management of the payroll function, including the accurate end-to-end processing of a fortnightly payroll for more than 250 employees.This is a varied role that combines payroll, finance administration and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, compliance and teamwork are highly valued.About the RolePayroll ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, Awards, EBAs, superannuation, payroll tax and other statutory obligations.Supporting payroll system enhancements, testing, business projects and process improvement initiatives.Partnering with Finance, HR and operational stakeholders to deliver a high-performing payroll function.End-to-end processing of a fortnightly payroll for 250+ employees, includingProcess new starters, employee changes and terminationsManage leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and payroll adjustmentsRespond to payroll enquiries professionally and confidentiallyMaintain payroll procedures, documentation and process improvementsPerform other payroll-related duties as requiredAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work,



thrives on accuracy and is passionate about delivering exceptional internal customer service.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in a senior payroll processingor similar payroll leadership positionAt least 3 years' experience managing end-to-end payroll within a medium to large organisationStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and payroll complianceStrong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systemsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilityOutstanding organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationshipsA proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindsetThe ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrityWhy Join Us?
