Senior Project OfficerASHM is a not-for-profit organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer (SPO) to lead the delivery of high-quality health programs within our National Policy and Education division.
The role is responsible for managing innovative projects, leading stakeholder engagement, and driving policy and advocacy efforts.

promoting collaboration and performanceAbility to evaluate and improve program delivery using data and stakeholder feedbackProficient in project and learning management tools (e.g. ClickUp, LMS, LearnDash) and Microsoft OfficeCultural competence and cross-cultural communicationHigh-level organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environmentQualifications and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in health, allied health, education, strategy, business management, or a related field; or current enrolment in such a program; or equivalent relevant experienceA clinical background with experience in the BBV/STI sector is desirableDemonstrated experience in project management and sound understanding of project management principlesExperience in working to and reporting on budgets and work plansExperience supervising staff across multiple projects or workstreams, with a focus on collaboration, performance support, and team developmentWillingness to travel for work as needed (domestically)EligibilityOpen to Australian citizens, permanent residents, or applicants with valid work rights only.ASHM Health is an equal employment opportunity employer.
