Idea 11 is looking for a SeniorSystems Engineerwith robust networking andfirewallmanagement skillsto join our Managed Services team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, taking ownership of customer outcomes, and building theirexpertiseacrossnetworks,securityandinfrastructure.You'lloperateas a key technical escalation point,specialisingin networks and firewalls, working closely with senior engineers to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.What You'll Be DoingResolvingissues relating to networks,firewallsand platform issuesOwning tickets through to resolution whilemaintainingstrong customer communicationParticipating in incident investigations and root cause analysisPerforming scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvementsWorking directly with customers on technical issues and escalationsContributing to projects, migrations,
