What started around campfires, cattle stations and rodeo arenas has exploded into one of the fastest-growing lifestyle categories in Australia, and we're looking for a Senior Designer to help shape what comes next.Reporting directly to our Head of Design, this is an opportunity to play a key role in creating product ranges that connect authentic western heritage with modern fashion, function and culture.If you live and breathe great product, understand brand storytelling through design, and want to help drive the future of country & western apparel — we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingCollaborate closely with the Head of Design on seasonal collection developmentDesign commercially relevant apparel across tops and graphic tees, outerwear, and lifestyle categoriesResearch global fashion, streetwear, western, and lifestyle trendsDevelop graphic campaigns, mood boards, colour palettes, fabric direction, and product conceptsCreate detailed design specifications and tech-pack briefs for Product Development teams and SuppliersWork closely with Product Development and Garment Tech teams throughout the sampling processAssist in developing graphics, trims, washes, and branding details aligned to the Ringers Western aestheticAttend fit reviews and provide design input during sample developmentMaintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity,



and consumer behaviourSupport seasonal range building and critical path timelinesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 7+ years' experience in a fashion design role within a similar apparel or lifestyle brandStrong experience designing tops and bottoms across lifestyle or street-inspired categoriesExperience in graphic tee design and artwork development would be highly regarded, though not mandatory for the role.A strong understanding of country-western lifestyle fashion and contemporary streetwear influencesExcellent trend forecasting and colour direction capabilityStrong commercial awareness and understanding of product development processesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong technical understanding of garment construction and apparel developmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a quick-paced creative environmentFull Australian working rightsAnd most importantly...You don't necessarily need previous experience in country & western apparel — but you absolutely need a passion for the lifestyle, the culture and where this category is heading.We want someone who genuinely connects with the brand and understands why country culture is exploding globally right now.Why Join Ringers Western?
