ingredient, and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growthManaging customer development briefs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scopeBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to support product innovationEnsuring all products comply with food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirementsYour BackgroundTo be considered for this opportunity, you will bring:Previous experience within Food Technology, Product Development, Innovation, or R&D; in a food or FMCG manufacturing environmentProven experience delivering successful NPD and commercialisation projectsStrong technical understanding of food manufacturing processes, ingredients, and product development methodologiesExperience working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teamsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
