authorities and internal project teamsA mentor by nature who enjoys helping develop those around youThis role will see you working across a broad range of civil engineering projects, collaborating with experienced engineers from multiple disciplines to develop practical engineering solutions that can be delivered efficiently on site.Some of the responsibilities include:Lead the design and coordination of civil infrastructure packages across multiple projectsProvide technical direction throughout planning, design and delivery phasesReview engineering solutions and identify opportunities to improve constructability and efficiencyWork closely with clients, authorities and project teams to navigate technical challengesContribute to design reviews, engineering reports and project documentationRather than being limited to one stage of a project, you'll be involved throughout the engineering process, providing technical input, reviewing project requirements, coordinating stakeholders and helping deliver outcomes that balance engineering excellence with practical construction methodology.For this role, we are hiring and taking note of more than just technical experience, as the business is looking for a particular mindset, attitude and energy.The business is willing to pay you in line with your salary expecations and suitability of the role.
