This is an exceptional prospect to work on some of Australia's largest and most complex construction, infrastructure and energy disputes, advising leading developers, contractors, government entities and major corporates on high-value litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters.The RoleWorking within a nationally recognised disputes practice, you will advise on a broad range of construction and project disputes, including:Commercial and contractual disputes arising from major infrastructure and construction projectsDisputes relating to mining, transport, property development, social infrastructure and renewable energy projectsDomestic and international arbitrationSupreme Court litigationMediation, expert determination,
