Joining the Australia-wide engineering group strengthens the teams capabilities and broadens our service offerings, national reach across multiple offices and shared resources along with cross-discipline collaboration.About the RoleThis position is responsible for:Deliver civil design packages for land division, urban development, infrastructure, general civil works, stormwater and wastewater management projectsManage, maintain and grow trusted relationships with clients and project partnersUndertake project planning, including budgeting, financial management, resourcing and project deadlinesContribute to technical excellence and innovation within the teamMentor and guide junior engineersDrive business development, fee proposals and project pipeline growthWorking closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide professional expertise, practical solutions and trusted support that helps our teams achieve outstanding outcomes.About YouYou are a technically proficient and relationship-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.What you bringTo contribute confidently in this role,
