You will support the preparation and review of periodic consolidated financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, all while maintaining a strong risk mindset and adherence to the internal control environment.This role offers an excellent career advancement opportunity for a motivated Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience seeking greater responsibility and professional growth.
This role will suit an individual who thrives on building stakeholder relationships both within and outside Finance, and who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidated financial reportsEnsure compliance with AIFRS, IFRS and internal reporting policiesSupport the year-end and half-year statutory reporting process,



including liaising with external auditors.Assist in the preparation of board and management reporting packsPerform variance analysis and provide insights into group financial performanceMaintain and improve reporting systems, processes, and internal controlsSupport the preparation of sustainability and ESG reporting disclosuresCollaborate with divisional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial dataPerform legal entity control and oversight of designated holding companies, including bank reconciliations and supporting month end closeContribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects within group reportingAbout YouThe successful applicant will hold or be working towards a CA/CPA qualification as well as 2-4 years' accounting experience, ideally in a Big 4 audit or financial services firm.
Additional skills and experience required include:High attention to detailAbility to multi-task, work to critical deadlinesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong technical accounting knowledge,
