This is a senior clinical position with genuine leadership influence and outstanding earning potential, suited to a dentist who consistently delivers strong clinical and financial outcomes.

About the Role
Senior clinical position with leadership and mentoring responsibilities
Full-scope dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and advanced procedures (as desired)
Chance to help build and elevate a high-performance clinical team
Work alongside 35+ year experienced dentist in a well-established and respected practice
Earnings & Progression
Proven high earnings: Clinicians routinely earn $350,000+ per annum, with monthly production commonly exceeding $75,000.
Transparent commission structure: *****%, based on experience and performance.
Daily guarantee: $500 per day as a safety net if production is not met.




No corporate KPIs or earning caps—income scales directly with performance.
Essential Requirements
AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)
Minimum 2 years clinical experience
Strong diagnostic, case acceptance, and communication skills
Demonstrated or near-demonstrated production of $75,000+ per month
Leadership mindset with a commitment to mentoring and team development
Long‐term commitment to high clinical and ethical standards
Relocation, Sponsorship & Visa Support
482 sponsorship available for the right candidate
Permanent Residency pathways supported
AHPRA registration must be obtained prior to sponsorship
