The business has continued to grow steadily, but importantly, they have remained focused on maintaining the culture and accessibility that helped establish them.This position is part of the company's longer-term growth plan.
It is not replacing someone who has left, and it is not a title being added without genuine responsibility behind it.The RoleWorking closely with the Directors, you will provide leadership across the business and support projects from pre-construction through to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the pre-construction and design-management process across upcoming projectsAttending tender walks and providing buildability and delivery input to the estimating teamReviewing head contracts, project programs, construction methodology and resourcing requirementsManaging and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers and other members of the delivery teamOverseeing project forecasting, cost reporting, subcontractor letting and cost-control strategiesReviewing project performance across program, commercial,
