We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a respected business with a robust pipeline of work, an experienced team, and clear scope for professional growth.What We OfferDiverse portfolio of projectsEmployee Assistance ProgramCBD office locationAn experienced and supportive teamWhat You Will BringRelevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years' experience in a similar commercial roleExperience in Perth commercial construction projects valued from $500k to $50mStrong capability in forecasting, cost management, and commercial reportingExperience with contract and account management software, with Procore essentialStrong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersThe capability and ambition to grow into a Project Manager role over timeExperience working with a principal contractorProven ability to work effectively with staff, trades, clients,
and subcontractorsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide regular project updates to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager(s)Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through close-outAdminister Procore, including document control, RFIs, submittals, and transmittalsManage head contract and subcontractor correspondenceAttend and administer site and PCG meetingsLiaise closely with Project Manager(s) and Site Manager(s)Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages, including procurement schedulingManage variations and contract notices across head contracts and subcontractsReview and assess progress claims, invoicing, and contractual submissionsAdminister project close-out, including deeds of release and final accountsCoordinate handover documentation and head contract close-out requirementsBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractorsWhy Join UsSenior role with direct impact on project and business performanceStrong pipeline of work supported by an established client baseOpportunity to contribute across a diverse portfolio of commercial projectsSupportive, team-focused culture with clear expectations and accountabilityWe are committed to maintaining a safe workplace and strict adherence to our HSEQ systems, including zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol.
