We are seeking a high- performing Business Services Senior Accountant to join a well established accounting practice based in Norwest.Qualifications & experienceBe CA / CPA qualified (or nearing completion of the program)5+ years' experience working in business services in an accounting firmExperience with clients across a variety of entity-types and industriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsClient focused with solid commitment to quality service and client relationshipsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting and financial systems like MYOB AO, XERO and CLASSExcellent technical tax abilityBe able to work independentlyTasks & responsibilitiesPreparation of financial statements and income tax returns for a variety of entities including individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFsPrepare clear and concise work papersPreparing FBT, BASs and IASsPerform tax planning for clientsLiaise with clients, ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies
