Job DescriptionPreparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentationTrack project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholdersTo produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reportsSupport design management and procurement activities.Support stakeholder consultationCommunicate effectively with all project stakeholdersT&T; safety on projects checklist to ensure complianceTo assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etcAssistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.QualificationsA recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture,



Cost Management or relatable trade experienceMin of 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)Must be able to work within a large team workplace and bring growth mindset.Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skillsMust be able to be involved in general office assistanceMust be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindsetRetail project experience is ideal.BenefitsWe want our people to succeed both in work and life.
