and Assessment servicesProvide tailored rehabilitation advice to clients, employers, insurers, and key stakeholdersConduct Functional, Vocational, Initial Needs, and Workplace assessmentsAttend medical case conferences and coordinate sustainable return-to-work plansMentor and support junior consultants within the teamBuild and strengthen relationships with employers and insurers to drive business growthWhat You'll NeedTertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation CounsellingFull registration with AHPRA or ASORC (where applicable)Proven experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, ideally in a senior or lead capacityStrong understanding of NSW workers' compensation systems (SIRA experience highly regarded)Unrestricted Australian working rightsDriver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney metroA genuine desire to help people rebuild and return to meaningful workThis is a business that rewards senior expertise properly, real base salary, real commission, real influence over how the team operates.
