You will work closely with engineering and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and turn them into practical, measurable outcomes.The role You will:Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and safetyDevelop and implement continuous improvement initiativesSupport day‐to‐day Lean manufacturing activitiesIdentify process waste and cost‐saving opportunitiesAssist with equipment upgrades, replacements and capital expenditure proposalsCollect and analyse production data to support KPI developmentPrepare KPI reports, presentations and technical documentationWork with manufacturing teams to investigate non‐conformances and implement corrective and preventative actionsSupport internal quality and environmental auditsHelp ensure equipment complies with relevant industry and Australian standardsEngage employees in Lean strategy, team briefings and change initiativesLiaise with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and technical consultantsThe role You will:Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency,
