Our Oran Park office is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to deliver civil design solutions across a diverse portfolio of urban development projects, from initial concept and Development Application (DA) stages through to detailed design and construction documentationAbout the Role:You'll be responsible for delivering civil design packages primarily across urban development projects, from early concept and DA through to detailed design for construction.
This includes earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation, preparation.
Preparation of BOQs as well as coordination with other disciplines to ensure designs are buildable and authority‐ready.There is also some involvement in broader civil infrastructure work, providing variety without shifting the role away from its urban development core.
Alongside your own design workload, you'll review and guide the work of designers and drafters, act as a technical sounding board, and gradually take on more responsibility coordinating design outputs as the role evolves.What we're looking for:Must have:Solid experience in urban development civil design, from concept through to constructionConfidence producing and reviewing designs using AutoCAD and 12d ModelWorking knowledge of 12d Drainage Module (dynamic drainage desirable)Solid understanding of Australian standards including state and local authority requirementsA practical,



delivery‐focused mindset with solid attention to detailWillingness to mentor and support other designersNice to have:Some exposure to civil infrastructure projectsExperience reviewing or coordinating the work of othersThe environment and teamYou'll be part of an Oran Park‐based civil team that works closely together and values technical quality, clear communication and steady delivery.
