Incorporating a wide range of skillsets, their refurbishment work can have a large element of structural trades, heavy demolition, facades, steel and concrete (adding or removing levels etc).
As Senior / Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high quality and profitable construction projects from conversion, through to hand over, finalization and review providing a high quality service that will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.Projects range in value from $20m to $50m+ of a high spec commercial nature.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead and manage project teams to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop comprehensive project plans,



including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocationOversee project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to quality standardsManage stakeholder relationships and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycleIdentify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesManage and document all quality concerns throughout the projectQualifications and Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similarMinimum ******* years+ experience in the successful delivery of projects from start to finish with a 3rd, 2nd or top tier fit-out and refurb contractorProven leadership ability in building and motivating teamsDetailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements / standardsStrong project financial reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed interpersonal skillsDevelops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholdersExperience with Microsoft Office suiteProficiency with construction software such as Jobpac, Procore, and Asta Powerproject (or similar) would be helpfulThis is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work.
