people‐first culture that values balance and professional growthThe Role:Review and finalise financial statements and tax returns for a wide range of entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders)Manage complex tax matters, including Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and restructuring strategiesProvide proactive business and tax advisory services, delivering insights to help clients achieve their goalsReview, delegate, and provide feedback on work prepared by junior and intermediate accountantsMentor and support team members in their technical and professional developmentPrepare and present management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts with actionable recommendationsA little bit about you:3+ years previous experience working in an Australian accounting firm environment, with a client facing approachTertiary qualification in accounting/commerceCA/CPA in progress, or completedExcellent attention to detail & good organisational skillsA willingness to collaborate, & work in a teamAmbition & drive to progress in your role/the businessPlease note you must be an Australian citizen (or permanent resident), a New Zealand citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa to apply.
