New platforms, integrations and managed services are being introduced as the organisation prepares for long-term operations.The business needs a senior technical individual contributor who can identify weaknesses early, challenge vendor assumptions and ensure new capability is ready to operate.This is not a PMO, reporting or coordination position.It is a hands‐on role for someone who can work across enterprise technology while applying the depth expected at Level 3.About the RoleReporting to the Technology Operations Manager, you will provide technical analysis, validation and assurance across ACEREZ's Microsoft‐centric enterprise environment.Your work could involve examining Microsoft 365 tenant settings, reviewing identity architecture, assessing Azure designs, tracing integration behaviour or investigating network dependencies.You will review vendor designs and delivery artefacts to determine whether proposed solutions are technically sound, complete and supportable beyond implementation.As platforms transition into operation, you will validate that monitoring, recovery,



documentation, support arrangements and configuration baselines are ready for the live environment.The position also operates alongside Network Operations across the IT/OT converged zone.Deep SCADA or operational technology engineering expertise is not required.
