Contract to January **** | Melbourne | Hybrid Working | Immediate StartAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Martech Automation Developer to join our client AGL's high-performing customer engagement and personalisation team, supporting the delivery of large-scale customer communications and marketing automation initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate across marketing, data, digital and technology teams to deliver personalised customer experiences at scale.The OpportunityAs the Senior Martech Automation Developer, you will play a key role in the development, optimisation and governance of an enterprise marketing automation platform.
You'll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to design and deliver automated customer communications, improve operational efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of Martech expertise, campaign automation development, stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and optimise automated customer communication workflowsDeliver strategic customer engagement and personalisation initiativesCollaborate with Marketing, Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology teamsProvide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations for campaign automation designManage priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines across multiple initiativesDrive operational improvements, automation and process optimisationEnsure data quality,
