For more information, please visit: Your new roleThe Senior Commercial Advisor will support the Commercial team in providing contract and commercial advice, guidance and capability to the Nuclear Submarine Sustainment Programme, the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia's history.Provide contractual and commercial advice and guidancePrepare commercial related documents for submission to the clientSupport the programme to navigate complex contract managementDraft and negotiate contracts with head contractors for licencing,



leasing and trainingDevelop and manage contract change proposalsAdvice on supply chain and supportingAnalyse commercial amendments and implicationsReview contract renewalsNegotiationCommercial advice on subcontractor compliance to the head contractorDelivery of the contractual obligationsResolution of issues and will require an ability to simply communicate complex issuesWhat you'll need to succeedPlease note that this role requires a security clearance.
