We are a well-established and highly regarded Gold Coast law firm seeking an experienced Accounts Team Member to lead our accounts team and support the continued growth of the practice.This is a key role responsible for overseeing all aspects of legal accounting, compliance, and financial operations within a busy professional services environment.About the RoleManagement of trust and general accounts in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;Oversight of billing, receipting, and debtor control processes;Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including preparation of monthly management reports;Supervision and mentoring of accounts and administrative staff;Ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards and audit requirements;Management of accounts payable and receivable functions;Liaising with external accountants and auditors; andContinuous improvement of accounting systems, processes and team efficienciesAbout YouProven experience in a senior accounts or finance role within a law firm;Robust knowledge of trust accounting and legal compliance requirements;Experience with legal practice management systems (e.g. LawMaster or similar);Excellent attention to detail,
