Profectus is inviting expressions of interest from senior Project Managers and Delivery Managers for likely upcoming work delivering secure ICT programs across Australian Government environments.
We are seeking delivery professionals who can lead complex ICT delivery with strong governance, assurance and stakeholder management in structured, well-governed settings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects and programs within secure environmentsManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies across the delivery lifecycleEstablish and maintain project governance, controls and reporting aligned to recognised frameworksProduce assurance and status reporting for steering committees, boards and senior stakeholdersManage delivery across both Agile and traditional methods, including scaled delivery where requiredCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors and delivery partners to achieve outcomesManage stakeholder relationships across technical, business and executive audiencesSupport procurement, contract and vendor management activitiesIdentify, manage and escalation delivery risks and resolve them as neededTrack advantages, dependencies and interdependencies across the programMaintain project documentation,



plans and artefacts to a high standardRequired ExperienceDemonstrated experience managing the delivery of complex ICT projects or programs in large or secure environmentsStrong track record applying project and program governance, controls and reportingExperience producing assurance and status reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forumsExperience delivering across both Agile and traditional delivery methodsStrong stakeholder management skills across technical, business and executive audiencesExperience managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues and dependenciesExperience coordinating vendors, delivery partners and multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication, documentation and leadership skillsDelivery certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or SAFeExperience delivering within Australian Government environmentsExperience within secure or highly governed delivery environmentsExperience managing ICT transformation, infrastructure or security programsFamiliarity with government procurement and assurance processesSecurity Clearance RequirementMust be an Australian CitizenMust have an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)Must be willing to obtain an AGSVA NV2 Security ClearanceWhy ProfectusProfectus works with government and private sector customers to deliver trusted, secure ICT capability across complex environments.
