The firm is led by 2 Directors, with a total headcount of 16.
The accounting team consists of the Directors, Manager, Intermediate Accountant, 2 offshore team members (based in the Philippines and who have been with the business for 11 years), plus the support team.This is a Senior Accountant position designed to strengthen the firm's leadership team and provide greater support to the Directors.
You'll become a trusted senior team member, taking ownership of client relationships, reviewing work, mentoring junior staff, and helping drive the accounting division forward.
The client base is diverse, with businesses typically ranging from $1m to $2m in turnover.
Clients include trades/construction, skilled services, community banks, family groups etc.
