The successful applicants will have a strong understanding of professional table service, food and beverage offerings and the ability to deliver knowledgeable and attentive service to our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver warm, qualified and attentive table service throughout the guest experiencePrepare and arrange tables and ensure the dining area is presented to a high standard before and during serviceWelcome guests, manage reservations and present menus and beverage listsTake customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen and barDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, food preparation and beverage offeringsProvide informed recommendations on menu items, wines and beverages to completement guests selectionsServe food and beverages in accordance with the restaurant's service standardsOpen bottles and serve wine and other beverages,



assisting with beverage preparation where requiredMonitor tables throughout service and respond promptly to guests' requestsClear, reset and maintain tables throughout service, including removing used dishes, glassware and bottlesProcess customer payments and operate POS and cash register systemsAssist with opening and closing proceduresWork closely with the kitchen and management team to coordinate an efficient and seamless service.About YouHospitality qualifications (Certificate III, IV or equivalent) will be highly regarded.Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable restaurant environment.A passion for premium hospitality delivering genuine guest experiences.Strong communication and leadership skills.Calm, organised and confident in a rapid-paced environment.Excellent presentation and strong attention to detail.Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhat we OfferCompetitive remuneration based on experience.Opportunities for career growth and development.A supportive and professional team cultureThe opportunity to work in a highly regarded French-inspired dining venue in the Southern Highlands.
