Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our purpose-led delivery team and help shape initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for our operational stakeholders across delivery, support, fibre and billing.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of a delivery team that helps define and design initiatives for our technology roadmap.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and technical experts to understand business needs, assess impacts, and support solution design that delivers value.What You Will DoPartner with business operations stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities.Lead business discovery activities including current state, future state, gap and impact analysis.Elicit, document and validate business, functional and user requirements.Why It Might Be a FitAround 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to operating at a Senior BA level or taking ownership of senior-level analysis activities.
