We're looking for someone who takes pride in building genuine relationships with patients, delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and contributing to the ongoing growth of our clinic.You will perform comprehensive skin consultations, create personalised treatment plans, educate patients on their treatment options and home care, monitor progress throughout their journey and ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.Treatments You'll Be PerformingOur clinicians perform a wide range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:MicroneedlingFraxel DualMode LaserLED Light TherapyMedical Grade Facials and Chemical PeelsExtractionsIPL TreatmentsLongPulse LaserLaser Tattoo RemovalElectrolysisDiathermyCryoPenInLift Inner Cheek Laser (Snoring Treatment)Your ResponsibilitiesAs one of our Senior Dermal Clinicians / Dermal Therapists you will:Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and detailed skin analysesDesign personalised treatment plans and regularly review patient progressPerform advanced dermal and laser treatments safely and confidentlyObtain informed consent and thoroughly educate patients on treatment expectations, risks and aftercareMaintain accurate clinical notes, treatment photography and patient recordsRecommend evidence-based home skincare and ongoing maintenance programsBuild long-term patient relationships through exceptional follow-up and patient careConduct patient reviews and monitor treatment outcomesWork collaboratively with our Cosmetic Nurses and refer patients where appropriateConfidently manage patient concerns and adverse events with professionalism and empathyMaintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, maintain equipment, stock levels and clinic presentationEnsure all laser equipment is maintained, calibrated and compliant with safety standardsAssist with reception duties and support the wider team during quieter periodsContribute ideas for clinic promotions, educational content, marketing initiatives and clinic eventsContinually seek opportunities to improve patient experiences and clinic processesWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for an experienced clinician who is passionate about skin, committed to achieving outstanding patient outcomes and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment.You will have:Minimum 2 years experience as a Dermal Clinician or Dermal TherapistDiploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science/Dermal Therapies (highly regarded)Current Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certificate (ESSENTIAL)Strong experience performing advanced skin and laser treatmentsConfidence conducting consultations and developing comprehensive treatment plansExcellent communication and patient education skillsHigh attention to detail with accurate clinical documentationExceptional organisational and time management skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to contribute across all areas of the clinicA genuine passion for ongoing education and professional developmentThe ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of patient careExperience working within a cosmetic injectables or medical aesthetics clinic will be highly regarded.Why Join Facestudio by Bronnie?
