The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Marine Operations Manager, you'll support the installation, upkeep and smooth operation of fish pen infrastructure across the site.
Day to day, you'll be involved in:
Supporting net, pen and mooring set-up, maintenance and equipment installations
Assisting with fish transfers, feed trials, feeding and fish health checks
Monitoring and reporting predator activity
This is a full-time role operating on a
7 on, 7 off roster
, working Thursday to Wednesday - perfect for those seeking balance and variety.
About You
You're practical, adaptable and keen to learn, with a positive, safety-first mindset.
You'll bring:
Strong time management skills and a willingness to build new skills
Clear communication and the ability to work well within a team
The ability to stay calm and flexible in a rapid-changing environment
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to improvement
A strong commitment to working safely, identifying risks and taking action
Experience working on the water and relevant qualifications or tickets are highly regarded.
