About the End Client
The end client operates within a highly regulated financial markets environment, focused on building a robust enterprise data foundation to support customer, product, and regulatory reporting capabilities.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, build, and govern a modern enterprise data platform.
This role will focus on data modelling, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring high-quality, governed data is available for business insights and activation.
You will work across multiple analytics and reporting platforms, supporting stakeholder needs ranging from operational teams to executive and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, including DMOs, relationships, and calculated insights
Configure identity resolution and segmentation for analytics and activation use cases
Design and enforce data access controls aligned with Salesforce security and entitlement models
Define and maintain data ownership, lineage, and governance standards
Build reusable, performance-optimised metrics and semantic datasets
Ensure dashboards and analytics align with Data Cloud models and governance frameworks
Support executive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements
Monitor and optimise Data Cloud performance, data volumes, and cost efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce analytics platforms (CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Data360)
Working knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services)
Robust data modelling expertise and understanding of analytics performance best practices
Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models within analytics contexts
Experience designing analytics solutions aligned with privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with CI/CD and release management tools (e.g. Copado or equivalent)
Mandatory Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
