As a leader, you will guide and mentor colleagues and junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering continuous development through knowledge sharing and active participation in technical discussions.About You5+ years' experience in Land DevelopmentBachelor of Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Engineering or equivalentProficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HecRAS, and Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated experience in designing roads,



drainage, sewer and water reticulation, retarding basins, and wetlandsStrong critical thinking and attention to detailMotivated and collaborative team playerDesired Qualifications:Completion of MRWA DAS training or eligibility to complete itProfessional Engineers Registration in Victoria (support available to obtain this)Why Join DCE?
